Here are our top 5 autumnal health drinks...
Starting the blog strong with one of our favourite health brews. Turmeric milk aka 'moon milk' has gained popularity over the last couple of years.
Turmeric is a traditional Indian herb that has been famous for centuries. Its popularity was established from its uses in Curries, but also as a herbal medicine in Ayurvedic treatments.
Many believe that turmeric offers a number of benefits, one being anti-inflammatory (1).
TURMERIC MILK RECIPE (serves 2)
2 cups / 450 ml milk.
1 tsp turmeric.
pinch of pepper.
1/2 tsp cinnamon & ginger (ginger is optional).
honey/maple syrup to sweeten.
To make it, we recommend mixing all of your ingredients and adding them into a frother. If a frother isn't available, we suggest adding the ingredients into a pan, mixing well, and heating over the stove.
Who wouldn't want a healthy, low-sugar hot cacao with a ton of benefits to cosy up to on an autumn night?
Organic Cacao is a rich source of minerals, including magnesium & iron. Impressively, organic cacao offers three times more antioxidants than green tea.
For an extra boost, we've added organic Maca into the recipe. Maca has been used as an alternative medicine for centuries. It is a popular superfood to support hormone balance in both males & females (2).
HOT CACAO & MACA RECIPE
1/2 cup of milk (depending on how much you want).
1 tbsp of Organic Cacao powder.
1 tsp of Organic Maca.
1/4 Organic Cinnamon.
Sweetener of choice (we use honey).

Chamomile flower has been used in herbal remedies for centuries. When dried, it is used as an herbal tea which is drunk mostly at night, due to its presumed relaxation properties. Many believe that Chamomile tea promotes better sleep due to the antioxidant apigenin (3).
HOW TO MAKE
We recommend adding 3g of tea to an infuser. Add 200-300ml of boiled water. Place the infuser into a mug or teapot and pour the boiling water over it. Steep for 5-10 minutes, making sure to time your tea. Once steeping has finished, remove the infuser and serve.
Matcha is the perfect drink for on the go or when you're relaxing at home. Matcha contains Theanine along with several vitamins & minerals such as Vitamin C, Iron and zinc.
HOW TO MAKE
Add your matcha to a small bowl, add a dash of boiling hot water, and whisk (we recommend using a bamboo whisk) until the powder has dissolved.
Then, add your milk to a milk frother (or, alternatively, heat your milk on the hob).
Add your matcha to a cup or mug, then add your hot milk to the cup and mix well. Add a sweetener of choice if desired, such as honey or vanilla drops.

HOW TO MAKE
Simply add a quarter of the Organic 7 Mushroom Blend to your usual coffee and mix well (a quarter is all you need due to it having a distinctive flavour).
