What is Dandelion Root?

Ingredients – 1 tablespoon Dandelion Root Powder, ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder, 250ml of milk (of your choice).
Method - Warm the milk in a saucepan and whisk until frothy. Add the Dandelion Root & cinnamon. Enjoy!
