Recommended Intake

Hot Chocolate Recipe:

Ingredients: 2 tablespoons Cacao Powder, 1 mug of milk (of your choice), 2 tablespoons maple syrup, ¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder.

Method: Add all of the dry ingredients into a saucepan and add a splash of milk. Slowly heat until a paste is formed then gradually add the rest of the milk, stirring consistently until smooth. Heat until warm enough to drink. Pour into a mug and enjoy.
