Recommended Intake
As a food, we recommend adding 2g of Organic Matcha Green tea powder to water or juice. (Preferably consumed as regular tea in hot water).
*As a guideline - 1 level teaspoon equals approximately 1 gram of powder.*
Matcha Latte Recipe: Simply add half a teaspoon of Matcha Green Tea Powder, 1 teaspoon of honey and 1 tablespoon of boiling water to a mug and stir to form a paste. Heat 1 mug of milk in a pan until it is steaming. Then add the milk to the paste and stir (Using a milk frother may provide better results). Enjoy!
Optional: For a chai latte, add half a teaspoon of cinnamon and a few drops of vanilla essence.
