Peak 90 Soy Protein Isolate delivers a huge 90% protein content. This high percentage of protein leaves little room for fats and carbohydrates. A 25g serving of our Soy protein contains only 0.125g of Fat and 1.25g of Carbohydrates. The low amount of fat, carbohydrates and sugars make it ideal for weight loss and those on a low calorie diet. The low amounts of sugar in the soy protein make it suitable for diabetics.

Protein contributes to the maintenance and growth of muscle mass, however soy protein is ideal due to it's suitability for lactose intolerant individuals. There are a number of health benefits with our Soy protein, it is a great addition to vegans and vegetarians diet as they generally lack quality protein sources.

Recommended Intake

Add 1 scoops (25g) to 150-200ml of water . Shake and consume immediately. Use less liquid for a thicker and stronger tasting shake. Adjust to taste.

We recommend 2-5 servings daily to increase your protein intake. Best taken at breakfast, post workout and in between meals.

Experts suggest a minimum 1g of protein per pound of body weight daily to promote lean muscle growth. Others mention 1.2-1.7g of protein per kg bodyweight. (e.g. 70kg – 70x1.7 = 119g of protein per day)
