Magnesium Bisglycinate Capsules

Magnesium is an everyday mineral required for several bodily functions. Magnesium Bisglycinate has become a popular pre bed supplement in recent years. Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and normal protein synthesis. It assists with the growth and maintenance of normal bones and teeth and also contributes to normal functioning of nervous system and muscle function.

This 1:2 metal to ligand ratio restricts reaction with dietary inhibitors of the metal absorption.

Apigenin is present in many fruits, vegetables and herbs as the most widely distributed flavonoid in the plant kingdom. Naturally Apigenin can be found in foods such as: chamomile, oranges, celery, spearmint and dried parsley.
