Yes, all / majority of our food supplements are tested for heavy metals. The heavy metals tested are generally: Arsenic, Cadmium, Lead and Mercury.
Our Site is not intended for, and should not be used by, children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18.
Our intended use / target audience is human (adult) nutrition. Therefore all of our recommended intakes are based on humans (adults).

We aim to keep our products as clean and simple as possible. The majority of our supplements — including powders and capsules — are pure and clean, with no unnecessary fillers, bulking agents, or artificial extras.

For our tablet-based supplements, most contain flow agents or bulking ingredients, as these are generally essential for tablet formation and to ensure stability. We use them only when necessary and always in the smallest amount required to maintain the product’s effectiveness and safety.

We’re committed to full transparency across all our products — you can check the ingredients for each product before purchasing in the 'Ingredients' tab, to ensure they align with your requirements.

We also have a pure capsule (excipient-free) category here.

Some of our capsules may appear less full than others on the market — this is intentional.

We choose not to use unnecessary fillers, bulking agents, or additives simply to make a capsule appear more filled.

While some brands may include such extras to create the illusion of a fuller capsule, we prioritise keeping our formulations as clean and pure as possible.

We understand that this can sometimes raise concern; however, we operate on a weight basis. Rest assured, your capsules will provide the dosage advertised.

Not all of our products are vegan but we do have a large range of vegan supplements, please check them out on our vegan collection
Not all of our products are organic but we do have a large range of organic supplements. We are also a Soil Association-Certified company, so you know our organic range is organic. please check out our organic range here

Orders and Shipping

This depends on when the order was placed and the selected shipping method. We aim to dispatch all orders the same working day if placed by 1 pm, Monday -Friday. If this is not possible orders are dispatched the next working day. Delivery times vary depending on your shipping method.

Our team does not work on weekends or bank holidays, so orders placed during this time will be processed as soon as we are back.

Please note that delays with couriers e.g. strike action, will likely cause delays with orders arriving - which is sadly outside of our control.

Orders shipped outside of the UK mainland (Republic of Ireland) may be subject to delays due to customs checks, which are also outside of our control.
This depends on the shipping you have selected. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation which includes tracking information, where you can follow your order.
