What is Apigenin?

Apigenin is present in many fruits, vegetables and herbs as the most widely distributed flavonoid in the plant kingdom. Naturally Apigenin can be found in foods such as: chamomile, oranges, celery, spearmint and dried parsley.

Peak Supps Apigenin is sourced from the bitter orange, otherwise known as Citrus Aurantium. Apigenin contains flavonoids which are natural compounds found in many fruits and vegetables and are known for their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

Apigenin is a very popular pre bed supplement. It is gaining popularity over recent years as several neuroscientists support this such as Dr Andrew Huberman. Peak Supps Apigenin Tablets provide 50mg of Apigenin per tablet.

Apigenin has also been researched to support NAD+ levels. As we age our NAD+ levels decrease. Some report by middle age, our NAD+ levels have plummeted to half that of our youth. Taken orally, Apigenin is rapidly absorbed and converted to NAD+.
