N-Acetyl L-Cysteine (NAC) Capsules

N-Acetyl L-Cysteine (NAC) is a pre-cursor to the powerful antioxidant Glutathione. Antioxidants help fight free radicals and play a role in protecting DNA, proteins and lipids from oxidative stress. NAC together with amino acids Glycine and Glutamine replenish Glutathione. NAC also helps regulate levels of the neurotransmitter glutamate.

NAC is the supplement version of the naturally occurring amino acid L-Cysteine. Amino acids are used for several bodily functions including creating proteins and enzymes. Amino acids are broken down into three different groups: essential, non-essential and conditional amino acids.

Choline Bitartrate Capsules

Choline is naturally produced in the body and can be found in a variety of foods such as egg yolks, nuts, grains, meat and cabbage.

For this product, bitartrate is synthesised with choline to ensure optimal absorption with the human body. Choline is sometimes grouped as a B vitamin as it has multiple benefits. When taken at a dose of at least 82.5mg Choline contributes to the maintenance of normal liver function. Also, Choline contributes to normal lipid metabolism.

Inositol Capsules

Inositol (Meso-Inositol / Myo-Inositol) is sometimes referred to as similar to vitamin B but is actually a type of sugar. Inositol is a popular supplement as it supports mood and cognition hormones. It is found in various foods such as beans, corn, sesame seeds and citrus fruit.

Produced naturally in the body, Inositol is abundantly found in the heart and brain. TUDCA 250mg Capsules

TUDCA, also known as Tauroursodeoxycholic Acid, is a bile salt made naturally in the body. Bile salts are a component in bile which is made from the liver and plays several key roles within the body. Bile salts also help remove toxins from the body through eliminating waste.

TUDCA is made by being fused with a taurine molecule in the body, this turns it into a conjugated bile salt. During fat breakdown, conjugated bile salts are used the most. Bile salts aid digestion and absorb fat-soluble vitamins such as vitamin A, Vitamin D3 & Vitamin E.

Although the human body can produce TUDCA naturally, it does so in small quantities as it is recycled through the digestive system. Bile salt supplements can be helpful for those with bile salt deficiency as there can be complications if fat-soluble vitamins aren’t absorbed.
