What is OmniCol™?
OmniCol™ is a bovine collagen powder which contains Type 1 & Type 3 collagen. Collagen makes up joints, hair skin and nails, it is a naturally occurring protein. It plays a key function in skin elasticity, muscle strength and healthy hair. OmniCol™ has a very high protein content of 98%.
Collagen provides support for the growth and repair of cartilage tissue, which makes it ideal for those suffering from injuries. It is fairly neutral in appearance and taste and can be taken with hot or cold liquids, shakes, porridge or meals.
Our Collagen Peptide Protein is a rich source of bioavailable amino acids, glycine and proline. These aminos are often found in lower amounts in other sources, such as whey or milk protein. It is sourced from Germany and is ideal for individuals looking for a quality protein source.

Recommended Intake
As a food we recommend 10g (4 full scoops) in 200-250ml of water or milk (add flavouring of your choice to mask taste if preferable). Shake well and consume.
Best taken 1-2 times daily 30 min before or after exercise.
Can also be taken throughout the day to increase your daily protein intake
Can be added to smoothies, soups, porridge, shakes, hot beverages such as coffee or tea and cold beverages.
