Peak Supps Bio-Cultures Complex is formulated to include an impressive 5 different strains of bacteria. There are two important strains of bacteria that are essential for your health. These are the Lactobacillus species and Bifidobacterium species. There are several strains within each of the Lactobacillus species and Bifidobacterium species.
There are multiple strains of Lactobacillus in our Bio-Culture Capsules. Lactobacillus strains are found in the digestive, urinary and genital tracts in humans. Bifidobacterium strains help with the digestion of sugars and in the production of Vitamin B and Vitamin K. They are found in gastrointestinal tract and mouth. It covers the walls of your colon and helps protect your body from harmful bacteria and microorganisms (e.g. yeast).
Inulin is a versatile, useful ingredient for baking as it can preserve moisture and act as a binding agent, whilst providing a sweet taste. Inulin is non-digestible meaning it bypasses the stomach and small intense unaltered, which is why its deemed a prebiotic fibre.

Each capsule contains a total of 1 billion organisms (1 x 109 CFU /capsule), equivalent to 200 billion organisms per gram 2 x 1011 CFU /gram.
