Spirulina Ice Cream Recipe:
Ingredients: 1 tablespoon Spirulina Powder, 2 small bananas (frozen), 200ml coconut milk (tinned), 2 tablespoons maple syrup, 1 mandarin (juice & zest), 1 tablespoon lime juice, 1 tablespoon chocolate chips.
Method: Mix all of the ingredients, except the chocolate chips, together in a blender for 30 seconds. Pour the mixture into a plastic container, stir in the chocolate chips and then freeze. Stir again after 4 hours and then freeze overnight.
