Cow / Cattle Feed Statement

The standard practice of pasturing cows used to collect the bovine milk varies between 6 and 12 months because of the differences in climate, milk cycles and seasonal availability of acceptable pasture. With this practice, feed supplements are utilised to a minimum with priority put on pasturing the dairy herds.

The cattle are grass fed and feed supplements are used at a minimum throughout the year.

Denaturation Statement
Our Whey Protein Isolate undergoes separation, pasteurization, condensing and filtration techniques that were developed to keep the casein and whey proteins in their native forms as much as possible. Due to the regulatory requirement of pasteurization and other necessities of processing there can be a slight amount of denaturation to a small percentage of the casein and whey proteins.

Recommended intake

As a food supplement we recommend adding one level scoop (30g) to 150-200ml of water. Shake and consume immediately. Use less liquid for a thicker and stronger tasting shake. Adjust to taste.

We recommend 2-5 servings daily to increase your protein intake. Best taken at breakfast, post workout and in between meals.

Experts suggest a minimum 1g of protein per pound of body weight daily to promote lean muscle growth. Others mention 1.2-1.7g of protein per kg bodyweight. (e.g. 70kg – 70x1.7 = 119g of protein per day)
