Chocolate Eclair Baked Oats
Eating chocolate-baked oats for breakfast is the ultimate treat... so we thought we thought we would let you in on this delicious, easy-baked oats recipe!
As you probably know by now we're big fans of oats. Overnight oats, oatmeal, baked oats, whatever the oat recipe is we're here for it 🤤
So, let's get into the details...
Ingredients from Peak Supps® (the rest of the ingredients can be found in most supermarkets)
(add butterscotch)
Ingredients & Measurements
- ½ cup Peak Supps Scottish Instant Oats (ultra-fine oatmeal flour)
- Scoop Peak Supps Butterscotch Protein
- Tsp baking powder
- ½ cup milk of choice
Filling
- Coconut Yoghurt
Toppings
- Tsp Peak Supps Cacao powder
- Tsp hot water
Method
- Add all of your ingredients into an oven-proof baking dish and mix into a wet mixture
- Add a layer of coconut yoghurt over the mixture
- Cover the coconut yoghurt layer with more of the oat mixture
- Bake at 180°C for 12-15 minutes
- Add your topping mixture andddddd.. enjoy!
