Chocolate Eclair Baked Oats


Eating chocolate-baked oats for breakfast is the ultimate treat... so we thought we thought we would let you in on this delicious, easy-baked oats recipe! 

As you probably know by now we're big fans of oats. Overnight oats, oatmeal, baked oats, whatever the oat recipe is we're here for it 🤤

So, let's get into the details...



Ingredients from Peak Supps® (the rest of the ingredients can be found in most supermarkets)





(add butterscotch)




Ingredients & Measurements 

  • ½ cup Peak Supps Scottish Instant Oats (ultra-fine oatmeal flour)
  • Scoop Peak Supps Butterscotch Protein
  • Tsp baking powder
  • ½ cup milk of choice


  • Coconut Yoghurt



  1. Add all of your ingredients into an oven-proof baking dish and mix into a wet mixture
  2. Add a layer of coconut yoghurt over the mixture 
  3. Cover the coconut yoghurt layer with more of the oat mixture
  4. Bake at 180°C for 12-15 minutes
  5. Add your topping mixture andddddd.. enjoy!
