This recipe is so delicious, we think you'll find it hard not to have everyday! Our loaded acai bowl is sweet from the berries with a perfect blend of the unusual taste of acai - quite an earthy taste that's often described as a cross between blackberries and unsweetened chocolate. To add to the flavour we've packed it with healthy, tasteful toppings.

Measurements:

Base:
- 150g frozen berries
- 150g light coconut milk
- 25g @peaksupps vanilla protein powder
- 1tsp @peaksupps açaí powder

Add all the base ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth. Can serve with toppings straight away or freeze for a few hours for an ice-cream texture.

Toppings:
- protein granola
- @peaksupps chia seeds
- @peaksupps raw cocoa nibs
- coconut flakes
- pistachio butter

Add a sprinkle of each topping to the acai bowl and enjoy!
