Pina Colada Over Night Oats
Overnight oats have taken over our social media feed the last year and we're not complaining about it. They save us time in the morning, easy to make and with the right toppings they look too good to eat.
Our pina colada overnight oats are perfect for those hot mornings and ideal for a post sweaty workout. They are also high in protein and packed with good nutrition and ingredients both filling & toppings. Now onto the good stuff, how to make them? As always our recipe is super easy to follow and make.

Other ingredients
- Banana
- Almond milk
- Coconut yoghurt
Toppings
- Yoghurt
- Pineapple
- Blueberries
- Coconut chips
- Dried mango, cashew and chocolate banana mix
- Passion fruit jam
Measurements
- 60g of @peaksupps instant oats
- 30g of @peaksupps vanilla protein
- 1/2 tbsp of @peaksupps organic chia seeds
- 1 mashed banana
- 100ml almond milk
- 4 tbsp of coconut yoghurt
Method
- Add all the dry ingredients into a saucepan
- Add the milk and mashed banana
- Stir until smooth (no lumps)
- Cook on the stove until warm throughout
- Let the oats cool, then add the yoghurt on top (you can add all toppings now to save time the next day or add them the following morning)
- Keep in the fridge over night
- Serve the next morning or post-workout!
