Super-Strength Adaptogen Herbal Latte

Our adaptogen herbal latte combines both adaptogens Chaga and Ashwagandha, with decaf coffee and organic natural flavouring. The coconut milk and organic coconut sugar creates a smooth latte and thanks to the potent ingredients this latte has a range of benefits you can't miss out on. We used decaf but if you need that caffeine kick change to regular.

Ingredients you need from Peak Supps®
Measurements:
(serves 1, double up to serve 2)- 2g of organic chaga mushroom powder
- 3g of organic ashwagandha powder
- 4g of decaf instant coffee (can use other coffee with the coffee press, and can increase or decrease for flavour preference)
- 1/2g of organic ceylon cinnamon powder
- 4g of organic coconut sugar
- 2 drops of vanilla stevia
- 140ml of filtered water
- 6ml of coconut milk
Instructions:
- Boil water
- Pour the chaga, ashwagandha, and decaf coffee into a french press
- Pour water over & cover
- Let steep for 5 minutes
- Add coconut milk, cinnamon, coconut sugar and vanilla stevia into a frother.
- Froth until blended, warm and frothy
- Stir and pour strained coffee into your favourite mug.
- Top with the frothed milk.
- You can also make this iced - let cool & add ice! (perfect for when you make 2 servings)
