Cherry Overnight Oats


Pink overnight oats, topped with a layer of yoghurt, with dark sweet cherries on top and granola. As always we're keeping this recipe simple and healthy.

Ingredient from Peak Supps®

 

 

 

 

 

Oat layer:
- 10g of instant oats
- 20g of rolled oats
- 30g of vanilla protein powder 
- 1 tsp beetroot powder 
- 10g milled flaxseed
- 100ml milk

Top Layer

 - Yogurt 
- Cherry Jam
- Granola mix

 

Method:

  • Mix the oat layer ingredients together and refrigerate overnight
  • Top with the top layer ingredients in the morning (or you can do the night before also)
  • Enjoy!
