Ingredients you need from Peak Supps®
Measurements
- 1 red apple
- 1 tbsp @peaksupps coconut sugar
- 1 tsp @peaksupps cinnamon
- Squeeze of maple syrup
- 5 tbsp water
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
Method:
- Cut your apple into small chunks
- In a bowl add the chopped apple, coconut sugar, cinnamon & maple syrup
- Massage the ingredients into the apple
- Melt the coconut oil in a small saucepan with the water
- Once the coconut oil has melted, add in the chopped apple and stir
- Allow to cook for 8/10 minutes on a medium heat until the apples have completely soften, stirring regularly
- Serve in a small dish, top with granola and thick vanilla yogurt (can also use custard or ice cream)
