Giant peanut butter pancake
Here’s a recipe for all you peanut butter lovers out there! Perfect for a pre or post-workout treat!
This pancake takes no longer than 15 minutes, is low in calories and tastes incredible.
Ingredients:
- 30 grams of @peaksupps pea protein powder, whey works also
- 1 gram of @peaksupps bi-carb powder
- 100 grams flour
- 200 ml milk
Glaze:
- 50 grams of peanut flour
- 100 ml of water
Toppings:
- Peak Supps Chia Seeds
- Pumpkin Seeds
- Sesame Seeds
- Pine Nuts
Method:
- Beat all ingredients together, pour the batter into a skillet on medium heat and cover for 8-15 minutes (depending on how gooey you want)
- Once cooked, simply add the glaze
