Here’s a recipe for all you peanut butter lovers out there! Perfect for a pre or post-workout treat!

This pancake takes no longer than 15 minutes, is low in calories and tastes incredible. 

Ingredients:

Glaze:

  • 50 grams of peanut flour
  • 100 ml of water

Toppings:

Method: 

  • Beat all ingredients together, pour the batter into a skillet on medium heat and cover for 8-15 minutes (depending on how gooey you want)
  • Once cooked, simply add the glaze
