Healthy Oat Biscuit Recipe


Scottish Organic Instant Oats

We're always on the lookout for healthy alternatives, these oat biscuits are perfect for those cookie monsters! As always, we've kept this recipe simple and easy to follow so you can use this recipe as a base and add your choice of toppings/ twist to it.


  • 200 g Peak Supps Instant Oats
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 110 g salted butter
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 2 eggs


  1. Mix the Instant Oats and baking soda (keep aside)

  2. Mix the butter and sugar in a blender until smooth and fluffy

  3. Add the vanilla and eggs whilst mixing on a slow speed

  4. Add the dry ingredients and mix well

  5. Leave for an hour

  6. Preheat the oven to 177c

  7. Place tablespoon sized balls onto a greaseproof baking tray

  8. Bake for 5-7 minutes or until golden.

  9. Cool and enjoy!
