High Protein Açai Bowl Loaded With Fruit
This recipe can be enjoyed as the perfect healthy breakfast, snack or desert! This acai bowl is full of good nutrition, high in protein and antioxidants. We've also given this recipe a 10 out of 10 for looks!
Here's the ingredients you need to grab from us (the other ingredient can be found at most super markets)
(strawberry flavoured protein)
Measurements for the açai:
- 170g frozen banana
- 120g frozen strawberries
- 25g frozen blueberries
- 70g frozen raspberries
- 140g almond milk (can use any milk type)
- 30g strawberry protein powder
- 5g açai powder
Measurements for toppings:
- 40g strawberry
- 60g kiwi
- 60g banana
- 20g blueberries
- 20g homemade granola
Method:
- In a blender, blend all the ingredients for the açai until smooth
- Serve in a bowl (smooth over) and add toppings
- Enjoy!
