Method:
- Add the matcha and organic coconut sugar to hot water, stir or whisk until smooth
- Crush half of the mint leaf's and squeeze half of the lime into a protein shaker
- Fill the shaker with crushed ice and shake until the lime, mint and ice is mixed
- Divide the ice mixture into 4 glasses
- Pour in the matcha mixture
- Top with cold water
- Add large ice-cubes to the top
- Finish with using the remaining mint and lime for garnish
