Strawberry Cream & Matcha Protein Pudding

Sometimes it's nice to switch up from your regular protein shake and make a protein-packed breakfast or snack which will fuel your day.

Matcha Cream Part
Strawberry Cream Part
- 115g Plain no sugar yoghurt
- 5g Strawberry protein powder
- 50g of Strawberries
Toppings
- Strawberry
- Banana
- Rolled oats
- Almond and coconut chocolate
Method
- Let's start with the matcha pudding. Add all your ingredients into a bowl and mix until the texture has a smooth consistency.
- Once you've mixed to the desired texture, place the matcha pudding mixture into the refrigerator overnight (or a minimum of 6 hours).
- Next, we have the strawberry cream layer. Blend the yoghurt, protein powder, and strawberry in a blender until a smooth texture is achieved.
- Now you've finished your base ingredients, add the strawberry cream layer to your matcha pudding.
- Add your toppings as desired and ENJOY!
