This smoothie bowl is the ultimate refreshment, perfect for breakfast, dessert, or just a healthy snack. Not only delicious but this bowl is packed full of protein and is super easy to make! All you need is a blender and a few ingredients and you're ready to go.

Ingredients you need from Peak Supps®
The rest of the ingredients you can find in most supermarkets or online.
(Add Vanilla Flavour)
Measurements:
- Frozen banana, strawberries, raspberries & spinach
- 30g (one scoop) Peak Supps Vanilla protein
- Tsp Peak Supps Maca powder
- Tsp Peak Supps Beetroot powder
- Tsp coconut

¼ Cup soy milk (or any milk of choice)
Toppings
- Strawberries & Raspberries
- Protein bar or cereal bar (optional)
Method
- Add ingredients into a blender and blend until a smooth consistency is achieved.
- Pour the contents into a bowl and smooth over with a spoon
- Add toppings as desired. For this bowl, we've added strawberries and raspberries for a fresh and fruity taste 😛🍓
