Spooky Chocolate Protein Balls
Halloween is almost upon us, so we've decided to treat you to this fun, high-protein spooky recipe! 👻

Ingredients & Measurements
Base Ingredients
- 40g of oat flour
- 20g of peanut butter
- 1 tbsp flax meal
- 40g of chocolate protein
- 90g milk of choice
- chocolate crispies
Chocolate Covering
- melted chocolate
- grated coconut
- cacao nibs

Base Method
- Mix all of your base ingredients together in a bowl until combined
- When combined consistency is reached, start to roll your ingredients into individual balls with your hand (in this recipe we made 6 balls)
- Once your balls are formed, set them aside on a plate and place them in the freezer whilst you prepare your chocolate covering
Chocolate Covering
- Melt chocolate of your choice
- Remove the balls from the freezer and roll them in the melted chocolate
- Once all the balls are covered in melted chocolate, roll your balls in the shredded coconut and cacao nibs
- Decorate your spooky balls with the finishing touches (googly eyes & arms)
- Place them in the fridge for a few minutes (so they solidify slightly)
