Strawberry and Cinnamon Protein Porridge
- 2 scoops of Peak Supps Collagen Protein
- 70 g rolled porridge oats
- 120 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 180 ml boiling water
- 1 tbsp honey
- A handful of fresh strawberries
- Sprinkle of cinnamon to your taste (roughly 1-4 pinches)
- Dried coconut (for toppings)
How to make?
- Mix the porridge oats, Peak Supps Collagen Protein, and cinnamon in a saucepan
- Add 120ml almond milk and 180ml boiling water and bring it to the boil.

Add 3 diced strawberries

Simmer for 5-10 minutes, stir occasionally to prevent the ingredients from sticking to the bottom of the pan.

Pour into cereal bowls

Toppings - Slice the rest of your strawberries, add dried coconut, drizzle of honey and the smallest pinch of cinnamon.
