Strawberry and Cinnamon Protein Porridge

Every day is a new beginning, take a deep breath, smile and remember you're 'berry' awesome! If you're looking for a breakfast that is fulfilling, healthy and tasty (seriously tasty). Look no further than our strawberry and cinnamon protein porridge. It takes about 10 minutes including preparation and if we haven't said it already it's super tasty!
- 2 scoops of Peak Supps Collagen Protein
- 70 g rolled porridge oats
- 120 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 180 ml boiling water
- 1 tbsp honey
- A handful of fresh strawberries
- Sprinkle of cinnamon to your taste (roughly 1-4 pinches)
- Dried coconut (for toppings)
How to make?
- Mix the porridge oats, Peak Supps Collagen Protein, and cinnamon in a saucepan
- Add 120ml almond milk and 180ml boiling water and bring it to the boil.
Add 3 diced strawberries
Simmer for 5-10 minutes, stir occasionally to prevent the ingredients from sticking to the bottom of the pan.
Pour into cereal bowls
Toppings - Slice the rest of your strawberries, add dried coconut, drizzle of honey and the smallest pinch of cinnamon.
