The Hulk Smoothie Bowl
We don't know why, but smoothies are out and smoothie bowls are in! (it might have something to do with those toppings)
Ingredients
2 tsp of Super Greens |
50 grams Instant Oats |
2 handfuls Frozen mango |
2 handfuls Frozen pineapple |
Frozen banana |
2 tbsp of Greek yogurt |
Topping Suggestions
Fruit / Dried fruit |
Nuts |
Seeds |
Dark Chocolate |
Protein Bars |
Honey |
Peanut Butter |
Method
Add all the frozen ingredients and yogurt to blender and blend until smooth |
Add super greens and instant oats and blend until well mixed |
Add mixture to a bowl and freeze for 30 -60mins |
Take out and add your choice of toppings |
