We don't know why, but smoothies are out and smoothie bowls are in! (it might have something to do with those toppings) 

Ingredients

2 tsp of Super Greens
50 grams Instant Oats
2 handfuls Frozen mango
2 handfuls Frozen pineapple 
Frozen banana
2 tbsp of Greek yogurt

 

Topping Suggestions

Fruit / Dried fruit
Nuts
Seeds
Dark Chocolate 
Protein Bars
Honey
Peanut Butter

 

Method

Add all the frozen ingredients and yogurt to blender and blend until smooth
Add super greens and instant oats and blend until well mixed 
Add mixture to a bowl and freeze for 30 -60mins 
Take out and add your choice of toppings
