We think Friday night calls for waffle making and a movie marathon... Do you agree?

Try adding protein powder to make them more satiating! Here's our easy to follow protein waffle recipe.

You'll need a non-stick waffle maker!

Ingredients:

2 scoops

Peak Supps Whey Vanilla Protein Powder

2 tbsp

Peanut butter (smooth)

2 tbsp

Coconut oil (melted)

3 large

Eggs

1/2 tsp

Baking Powder

1/4 tsp

Sea Salt

1 tsp

Brown Sugar 

Handful 

Blueberries 

 


Instructions:

  • Place all ingredients into a blender (not including the blueberries), and blend until smooth.
  • Preheat your waffle maker. (you may need to spray with low calorie oil if its non stick)
  • Add the batter too the pan and scatter the blueberries on top.
  • Cook according to manufacturer's instructions.
  • Typically the waffle cooks for 4-5 minutes, and is done when steam is no longer coming out.
  • Add your toppings - We went for whipped cream, blueberries and sprinkles (it is Friday after all)
