Vanilla and Blueberry Protein Waffles
We think Friday night calls for waffle making and a movie marathon... Do you agree?
Try adding protein powder to make them more satiating! Here's our easy to follow protein waffle recipe.
You'll need a non-stick waffle maker!

Peanut butter (smooth) |

Coconut oil (melted) |

1/2 tsp |
Baking Powder |
1/4 tsp |
Sea Salt |
1 tsp |
Brown Sugar |
Handful |
Blueberries |
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients into a blender (not including the blueberries), and blend until smooth.
- Preheat your waffle maker. (you may need to spray with low calorie oil if its non stick)
- Add the batter too the pan and scatter the blueberries on top.
- Cook according to manufacturer's instructions.
- Typically the waffle cooks for 4-5 minutes, and is done when steam is no longer coming out.
- Add your toppings - We went for whipped cream, blueberries and sprinkles (it is Friday after all)
