Pink Protein Smoothie
THIRSTY THURSDAY!
Here's a quick and PINK smoothie, which is high in antioxidants and super refreshing.
- 1 scoop of Peak Supps strawberry vegan protein
- 2½ cups of frozen mixed berries
- 1 orange
- 1 small beetroot
- 2 medium carrots
- 1½ cups of coconut milk
Peel and cut all the ingredients, add to a blender and blend until smooth, add protein and blend - serve and top with shredded coconut!
