3 colourful & powerful smoothies
Is it just us or does this weather make you crave a cold, colourful smoothie packed with good nutrition and tasty ingredients?
Here are 3 easy and 'photo worthy' smoothies, which are all packed with immunity boosting and organic ingredients!
Put all the ingredients in order into a blender, liquid first with powder and blend, then add fruit and vegetables and blend until smooth.
Tips -
- Putting a little bit of liquid and powder blended first will prevent it from sticking to the bottom.
- If you want your smoothie extra cold, cut and freeze your fruit beforehand.
Super high 5
- Splash of water
- 5g of Organic Superfoods 5 Powder
- 2 apples
- 1 kiwi
- Squeeze of lime
- 3 handfuls of spinach
- 4 celery sticks
- Handful of ice cubes
Chocolate love with a surprise
- Splash of almond milk
- 3 tsp of Organic Cacao
- 1/4 tsp of Organic Cinnamon
- 3.5g of Organic 7 Blend Mushroom
- 1 tsp of Organic Chia Seeds
- 1 large banana
- 3 handfuls of spinach
- Handful of ice cubes
Blueberry Burst
- Splash of water
- 5g of Organic Blueberry Powder (Freeze Dried)
- 3 handfuls of mixed berries
- 1 large banana
- Handful of ice cubes
