Delicious and easy to make and includes chocolate, what more can you ask for?
Measurements & ingredients
For the crumble topping...(makes a whole batch you can freeze)- 1/4 sugar of choice (we recommend coconut sugar 🥥)
- 1/4 cup white granulated sugar
- 1 cup flour (we recommend instant oat flour or coconut flour)
- 1/4 cup + 1tbsp butter
- 1tsp vanilla bean paste
For the oats
- 1/2 cup Peak Supps blended oats
- 1 tbsp Peak Supps vanilla protein
- 1/2tsp baking powder
- 1tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions
- Mix your oats ingredients together and pour most into a ramekin. Add biscoff spread to the center, and top with the rest of your oat mixture.
- Combine crumble ingredients and sprinkle on top along with some chocolate chips.
- BAKE at 200°c for 15 mins.
