Baobab is rich in vitamins and minerals, these include Vitamin C, Potassium, Calcium & Magnesium. Baobab also contains antioxidants which can help fight free radicals and play a role in protecting DNA, proteins and lipids from oxidative stress.  

Impressively, Baobab has 6 times more vitamin C than an orange and makes up for the recommended daily intake by 33% with just one tablespoon (1)
