Cookie Dough Caramel Slices
These inviting cookie dough caramel slices are a no bake bar made up of three layers: a chocolate chip cookie dough base, a caramel middle, and a dark chocolate top layer. We've split each layer into 3 easy to follow steps. Keep scrolling for this tempting recipe.

This has to be one of our favourite recipes, these slices taste so indulgent, packed with protein and are super easy to make! Great to make as a large batch to share with others, or to save for when your feeling like a little treat! Each slice has 236 kcal.
How to make?
We will start with the chocolate chip cookie dough base, then make the caramel center, and finish with the dark chocolate top layer.
Step #1
Cookie Dough Base:
Measurements & ingredients
- 30g tahini
- 40g golden syrup
- 10ml cashew milk
- 60g ground almonds
- 30g @peaksupps cookies + cream whey protein powder
- 20g dark choc, chopped into small pieces
Method
- Gently melt the tahini and golden syrup with the milk in a pan over low heat, while stirring. Then take off the heat and mix in the ground almonds and protein powder.
- Spread the mixture into a greased loaf tin and then press in the chocolate pieces.
Step #2
Caramel Center:
Measurements & ingredients
- 100g smooth peanut butter
- 20g golden syrup
- 10g black treacle
- 100ml cashew milk
- 30g @peaksupps whey butterscotch protein powder
Method
- Gently melt the peanut butter, golden syrup and black treacle in a pan until softened. Mix in the milk and protein powder. Then spread over the base layer.
Step #3
Topping:
Measurements & ingredients
- 110g dark chocolate
Method
- Melt gently, then pour over the caramel layer. Place in the fridge for an hour or until set, then slice into 10.
Best stored in the fridge.
