Matcha & White Chocolate Baked Oats

- Banana

Almond milk
Toppings
- Coconut Desiccated
- White Chocolate (your choice of type)
- 45g Instant Oats
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tsp Chia seeds
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Matcha Green Tea Powder
- 120ml almond milk
- 2 tbsp Vanilla protein (your choice of type)
- Blend the above & pour into a ramekin or oven-safe dish
- Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes
- Top with melted white chocolate and coconut desiccated
