Quick and cheap vanilla matcha latte
We're all guilty of going out a few too many times for an overpriced hot beverage.
It's quick and tasty but not great on your bank balance and the drinks are normally high in sugars.
So here's our... Easy to make, healthy and super cheap Vanilla Matcha Latte..
| Ingredients |
| 1 tbs spoon of Peak Supps matcha green tea powder |
| 1 tbs brown sugar |
| 1 tbs vanilla extract into a mug |
| Method |
| Add the ingredients into a small bowl. |
| Add boiling water (50 ml) and mix with a spoon or whisk until it is a smooth dark green paste to ensure no lumps form. (can use frother also) |
| Warm oak milk (a quarter of a cup) in a small saucepan and pour into the mug. |
| Add the paste to the oat milk. |
| Use a whisk or frother to mix the paste and milk until smooth and light green. |
| Add a few sprinkles of matcha green tea powder on the top to make it super Instagramable. |
