Stuffed protein cookies
Ok, we have found the ultimate Friday night treat!
We're all guilty of a Friday night treat on the sofa, feet up, in front of the tv watching your favourite Netflix series... And we support it! Life is about balance, that why our cookies are so good - they are a perfect balance of nutrients and naughtiness. If you're looking for a tasty but guilt-free treat look no further than our stuffed protein cookies.
These cookies are gooey, melt-in-your-mouth, low fat, solid carbs and packed with protein!

Ingredients
- 16 grams Peak Supps pea protein powder
- 10 grams Peak Supps oat flour
- 60 grams 0% greek yogurt
- 5 grams baking powder
- 5 grams sweetener/vanilla
- 1 mini chocolate bar (@galaxyuk caramel)
Method:
- Mix all ingredients together (except the chocolate bar)
- Spoon ⅓ of the batter onto a baking tray, then place the mini chocolate bar in the middle and cover with remaining dough pressing down slightly (don’t break the dough over the chocolate bar, ensure it’s covered on top).
- Bake at 150 degrees for 12 - 15 min
