Super Quick Breakfast - Perfect For a Busy Weekend
If your planning on having a lazy weekend or super busy, this breakfast is ideal for both. Our layered oats recipe is full of good nutrition, uses cheap and convenient ingredients and the recipe is easy to follow and quick to make! (under 5 minutes prep)

Other ingredients:
- Almond Milk (or any other milk)
Toppings:
- Greek Yoghurt
- Berry Chia Jam
- Banana
- Cacao Nibs
Measurements:
- 40g of Instant Oats
- 7g of Vanilla Protein
- 1 tsp of Chia Seeds
- 105ml of Almond Milk (or any other milk)
Method:
- Combine the following: instant oats, vanilla protein, chia seeds, milk
- Mix well (check for protein lumps)
- Transfer to an airtight container or tupperware overnight
- The following morning layer it up with: greek yoghurt, berry chia jam, banana and a tsp of cacao nibs
