    Oats Measurements:

    Berry Compote Measurements

    • 1 tsp of chia seeds
    • 1/2 cup of frozen berries
    • 1 tbsp of vanilla syrup

    Toppings

    • Berry compote
    • Almond yogurt
    • Milk chocolate 

    Method:

    • Combine the oat ingredients into a bowl & refrigerate overnight, transfer into a jar in the morning.
    • Mix the berry compote ingredients together in a small jar (can make a bigger mix for other use), refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
    • In the morning layer it with the berry compote, almond yogurt, more compote & milk chocolate.
