Ingredient from Peak Supps®
Oats Measurements:
- 25g of instant oats
- 20g of oats
- 10g of vanilla protein powder (your preference)
- 1 tsp of chia seeds
- 1/2 of cup plant milk
Berry Compote Measurements
- 1 tsp of chia seeds
- 1/2 cup of frozen berries
- 1 tbsp of vanilla syrup
Toppings
- Berry compote
- Almond yogurt
- Milk chocolate
Method:
- Combine the oat ingredients into a bowl & refrigerate overnight, transfer into a jar in the morning.
- Mix the berry compote ingredients together in a small jar (can make a bigger mix for other use), refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- In the morning layer it with the berry compote, almond yogurt, more compote & milk chocolate.
