Jammie Dodger Baked Oats
To celebrate World Baking Day, create your own Jammie Dodger Baked Oats with peanut butter lava in the middle 🍓
This is one of our favourite treats and the perfect quick dessert as we're approaching the busy summer months!
What you need:
- 45g of Fine oat flour.
- 15g of (Strawberry) protein powder.
- 1/2 tbsp of flaxseeds.
- 1/2 tsp of baking powder.
- A pinch of salt.
- 80ml of Milk/water.
- 20g (2 tbsp) of Apple sauce.
- 20g of Dairy-free yogurt.
- A drizzle of syrup.
- A large strawberry, chopped.
Toppings:
- Mini Jammie Dodgers.
- Berry compote or jam.
- Peanut butter.
How to make:
- Mix dry (oat flour, protein, flaxseeds, baking powder, salt).
- Add to the wet mix (milk, yoghurt, applesauce, syrup).
- Stir in chopped strawbs and then add 3/4 batter to the ramekin.
- Place 2 tsp pb to centre and cover with remaining batter.
- Top with jammie dodgers and fruit compote/jam.
- Airfry 175 for 17-18mins or oven bake with 180 fan 25mins.
