Create your own today using our step-by-step recipe! 🍌

What you need:

  • 3 Bananas.
  • 110g of self-raising flour.
  • 90g of Oat flour ground up.
  • 3 tbsp of Peanut butter.
  • 1 tbsp of Sugar-free syrup.
  • 1 tsp of bicarbonate of soda.
  • 1 tsp of Baking powder.
  • 100ml of Milk of choice.
  • 2 Eggs.
  • 85g of Dark chocolate.
  • 1 tsp of Vanilla extract.
  • 2 tsp of Cinnamon.

How to make:

  1. Line a loaf tin with baking parchment.
  2. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees F.
  3. Then, in a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas, and then add the eggs and mix.
  4. Sift the flour, add the rest of the dry ingredients to the bowl, and mix until combined.
  5. Then add the milk, peanut butter, sugar-free syrup, and vanilla extract, and stir again.
  6. Chop the dark chocolate into chunks and add to the mix, leaving some behind for the top. Stir well.
  7. Pour into your loaf tin and level off. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate on top.
  8. Place on a tray and in the center of the oven to cook for 45–50 minutes, or until a skewer comes away clean. If your bread is colouring well on top but still needs more cooking time, put some tin foil on top to avoid it burning.
  9. Tuck in and enjoy! It’s delicious, warm or cold.
