We love a sweet and healthy breakfast here, so we've decided to treat you with another quick and easy smoothie bowl recipe!

Perfect for a warm summer's day (if the UK weather is on our side, that is🤣) with fresh tropical fruit and protein to fuel you for your day. 

In this bowl, there's a mixture of mango, pineapple, and spinach! (and no, you can't taste the spinach). 

Ingredients from Peak Supps® (the rest of the ingredients can be found in most supermarkets)

 

 

(Select Vanilla)

 

 

Ingredients & Measurements 

 


 Toppings

  • Granola
  • Blueberry
  • Raspberry
  • Grated Coconut
  • Hemp Seeds

Method

  1. Start off by adding all your ingredients into a smoothie blender
  2. Blend until a smooth, creamy consistency is achieved
  3. Add your smoothie into a bowl and use your spoon to smooth it over
  4. Decorate your bowl with your toppings 

Aaaaaand.. Devour 🤩
