Let's kick off the summer with a tropical smoothie bowl recipe! 😍

There's no doubt that this smoothie recipe is going to be a favourite breakfast dish or snack for us this summer.. Not just because it makes the perfect snap for social media, but the ingredients are healthy & high in antioxidants and you may not believe us but this recipes only takes around 5 minutes to make! 

Ingredients from Peak Supps (the rest of the ingredients can be found in most supermarkets)

 

 

 

 

(choose Vanilla)

 

 


Ingredients & Measurements 

  • Frozen Mango, Pineapple, Strawberries & Blueberries
  • 30g Peak Supps Vanilla Protein
  • 1 tsp Peak Supps Maca Powder
  • 1 tsp Peak Supps Superfruits Powder
  • 1 tsp Coconut
  • ¼ Milk of choice 

Toppings

  • Granola
  • Peanut Butter
  • Mango Flakes

Method

To make this bowl, the method is super simple...

  1. Start off with adding all your ingredients into a smoothie blender
  2. Blend until a smooth creamy consistency is achieved
  3. Add your smoothie into a bowl and smooth it over with a spoon
  4. Add your toppings as you wish (make it look as picture-worthy as possible) 😜📷
  5. Enjoy!
