Lets learn how to bake these delicious and ADORABLE gingerbread men! 🎄

 Ingredients 

• 1/2 cup light brown sugar (or organic coconut sugar)
• 1/3 cup butter
• 1tsp vanilla bean paste
• 1/8 cup gingerbread syrup
• 1 egg
• 1 1/2 cups plain flour (we suggest organic coconut flour)
• 2 tsp Peak Supps organic ground ginger
• 1 tsp Peak Supps Ceylon Cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp mixed spice
  
  

Directions 

1. Combine all of your ingredients together, dust with a little extra flower, then roll out to about 1cm thick.
   
   
2. (optional step) Roll your ingredients with a patterned rolling stick to achieve the pattern gingerbread man look.
   
   
3. Cut out the men and bake on a lined baking tray for 9 minutes at around 170°c.
