Christmas Gingerbread Men Recipe

Ā IngredientsĀ
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar (or organic coconut sugar)
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1tsp vanilla bean paste
- 1/8 cup gingerbread syrup
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cups plain flour (we suggest organic coconut flour)
- 2 tsp Peak Supps organic ground ginger
- 1 tsp Peak SuppsĀ CeylonĀ Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp mixed spice
DirectionsĀ
- Combine all of your ingredients together, dust with a little extra flower, then roll out to about 1cm thick.
- (optional step) Roll your ingredients with a patterned rolling stick to achieve the pattern gingerbread man look.
- Cut out the men and bake on a lined baking tray for 9 minutes at around 170Ā°c.
