What better way to spend December than cosying up to watch a Christmas film with a healthy adaptogen hot cocoa?

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Organic Cacao Powder
- 250ml milk (of choice)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- ¼ teaspoon Organic Ceylon Cinnamon powder
- 1⁄3 Organic Ashwagandha powder
- 1⁄3 Organic 7-blend mushroom powder
Directions
- In a small saucepan on low heat, gently heat your milk.
- Whisk in your ingredients, stirring consistently to avoid any ingredients clumping together.
- When your hot cocoa ingredients are well combined and the milk is hot, pour into your favourite mug and enjoy!
