Cinnamon Roll Cake
Calling all cinnamon lovers, this one is for you.
We're so excited for you to indulge in this delicious roll cake, which can also be enjoyed as a vegan recipe! 😋
What you need:
For the cinnamon layer:
- 60g of Coconut sugar.
- 1tbsp of Cinnamon.
For the crumble:
- 50g of Plain flour.
- 50g of Coconut sugar.
- 25g of Butter.
For the loaf:
- 300g of Plain flour.
- 155g of Caster sugar.
- 3 tsp Baking powder.
- About 4 Toffee flavour drops.
- 290ml Milk of choice.
- 90ml Neutral-flavoured oil.
- 2 tsp of Apple cider vinegar.
How to make:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Mix the dry ingredients and wet ingredients in separate bowls.
- Next, mix both dry and wet ingredients.
- Add half of the cake mix, then a layer of the cinnamon sugar mix, and top up with the rest of the cake batter.
- Sprinkle the crumble mix on top.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes; use some tin foil to cover the top if it is browning too much.
