Cinnamon Roll Cake


Calling all cinnamon lovers, this one is for you.

In the spirit of World Baking Day, we're excited for you to indulge in this delicious roll cake, which can also be enjoyed as a vegan recipe! 😋



What you need:

For the cinnamon layer:

For the crumble:

For the loaf:

  • 300g of plain flour
  • 155g of caster sugar
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • About 4 toffee flavour drops 
  • 290ml milk of choice
  • 90ml neutral-flavoured oil
  • 2 tsp of apple cider vinegar

How to make:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients and wet ingredients in separate bowls.
  3. Next, mix both together.
  4. Add half of the cake mix, then a layer of the cinnamon sugar mix, and top up with the rest of the cake batter.
  5. Sprinkle the crumble mix on top.
  6. Bake for 50–60 minutes; use some tin foil to cover the top if it is browning too much.
