Try our free feel-good full body workout, which works both your body and mind. This workout is ideal for those who want to exercise & get a sweat on without dedicating hours at the gym!

You can do this workout in the house or at the gym, you only need a small amount of space and a pair of hex dumbbells. This feel-good workout has everything you need to switch up your mood and movement. Starting with a quick cardio warm up, then slowing it down to a full body stretch, followed by some light exercises and lastly weights.

Lets get those endorphins following and muscles pumping!

Warm Up

Let's warm up those muscles and get the blood pumping!

Full Body Stretch

Let's slow it down and make sure we have a good range of movement on our joints.

Take it slow, start from your head and work your way down to your toes, stretching every muscle and circulating each joint. Hold each stretch for 5 seconds and repeat twice. Focus on your breathing.

Make your way onto the floor and stretch your full body by laying flat on the floor. Hold the stretch for about 30 seconds, repeat 3 times. Control your breathing and focus on your breath work. In between the stretch completely relax your position and muscles.

Exercise / HIIT

Complete these exercises as quickly as possible but with a good form and controlled.
